Getting started begins by submitting a brief inquiry where you can share general concerns and goals. I will review the inquiry to determine if Peak & Bloom is the appropriate fit and will contact you to determine the next best steps.

No. Because Peak & Bloom is a private pay practice, a physician referral is not required to begin services. If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, your insurance plan may have its own referral or authorization requirements.

An evaluation may be recommended to better understand communication strengths, areas of need, and appropriate treatment goals. Peak & Bloom provides teletherapy evaluations for most speech, language, voice, and communication concerns when clinically appropriate. If you have a recent evaluation or relevant records from another provider, these can be reviewed to help determine the appropriate next step.
